Application-Specific Privacy Terms: JustProcure™

The following terms apply specifically to users, procuring institutions, and suppliers utilizing the JustProcure™ tender management platform.

About JustProcure™

JustProcure™ is a web-based, enterprise-grade tender management platform built on .NET Core, SQL Server, and Microsoft Azure. It digitalizes procurement for local municipalities, government departments, State-Owned Entities (SOEs), mining companies, and large enterprises.

Specific Data Collected by JustProcure™

In addition to standard account data, JustProcure™ collects:

Supplier Bidding Data: Company registration details, tax clearance certificates, B-BBEE statuses, and comprehensive bid proposals submitted in response to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
Evaluation Data: Scoring metrics, committee comments, and award decisions generated by Bid Evaluation Committees (BEC) and Bid Adjudication Committees (BAC).
Audit Trails: Extensive system activity logs (e.g., who published a tender, who submitted a bid, timestamp of score entry) to maintain a secure, tamper-proof record.
Specific Data Collected by JustProcure™
Procurement Execution: To facilitate the secure electronic submission, structured evaluation, and automated calculation of tender results.
Transparency & Reporting: To generate visual dashboards, custom reports, and native Power BI integrations for supply chain management visibility.
Automated Communications: Sending RSVP confirmations for briefings and automated award/regret notifications to suppliers.
Data Roles and Sharing in JustProcure™
Data Controller vs. Processor: When a public or private institution uses JustProcure to run a tender, that Institution acts as the Data Controller (Responsible Party). InfoVerge acts merely as the Data Processor (Operator), providing the secure technology.
Supplier Visibility: Supplier profiles and submitted bids are shared securely and exclusively with the specific procuring institution running the tender. InfoVerge does not share Supplier B bid data with Supplier A, nor does InfoVerge utilize supplier bid data for our own commercial purposes.
Public Auditing: Because JustProcure serves the public sector, audit trails and activity logs may be made available to internal auditors or government regulatory bodies upon the procuring institution's request to demonstrate compliance.
