InfoVerge Solutions is urgently looking for Business Development Coordinator to join our Business Development, Marketing and Communication department. The candidate will be responsible for providing a quality support to the Business Development Manager to enable the InfoVerge to achieve its strategic business development objectives, supporting the business development core team and working independently in building relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders. Their commitment must be to administrative excellence in maintaining, coordinating and administrate all key business development daily tasks, processes and initiatives including enabling sales excellence and customer satisfaction which will include coordination with finance to track and manage the debtor’s book.

The main purpose of the role

Maintain, coordinate, and administrate all key business development tasks, processes, and initiatives
Maintain all business development systems, standard documentation, and templates.
Build and maintain structure and relationships in business development, as well as enable effective reporting, freeing up business development managers for customer face time.
Provide ongoing regular and ad hoc administrative support as required by the Business Development Manager/s in respect of the portfolio assigned, to enable the business to achieve its strategic objectives, as and when required.
Support on admin related to the full spectrum of all and any business development deliverables (from inception to finalisation with on-going maintenance).
Pitch/proposal/tender creation independently and working with bid office.
Management of directories/awards submissions processes.
CRM Updates and coordination of follow customer calls and follow ups

Key Responsibilities

Provide ongoing regular and ad hoc administrative support as required.
Coordination of all elements of the pitch/proposal/ tender process and coordination of internal updates
Responsible for sales/business development directory/award submissions.
Responsible for experience management for the business development.
Responsible for maintenance all internal documentation (eg, client lists, boilerplate, pitch copy, quote, and proposal templates etc).
Assist with invoices and purchase order requests. Responsible for the administration of budgets for flights and accommodation for local, as well as international travel.
Assist with the research of international conferences and the booking thereof.
Conduct desktop research and draft report on client/competitor/industry/product/etc.)
Assist with reporting and tracking.
Schedule and coordinate meetings (and the relevant logistics) for the Business Development Manager/s
Support in respect of the Client Relationship Programme and future contact database/CRM
Champion of CRM System and any other business development systems.
Knowledge Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent diploma in Business administration
A minimum of 2-5 years relevant experience in ICT/professional services environment as marketing assistant and/or business administration support administrator/assistant
Experience coordinating sales and customer activity with business development managers and independently
Experience in working with tenders/proposals is preferable

Good interpersonal skills and a confident, professional manner – must possess the ability to work across multiple practice groups and departments, as well as across sectors
Must possess a very high standard of writing and copy editing with the ability to be able to write concisely and have a high command of the English language
Advanced computer literacy
Must demonstrate a knowledge and respect for confidentiality and the ethical standards of the legal profession
Must have a proven track record for taking personal responsibility for own actions and for sorting out issues or problems that arise. Is focused on achieving results to required standards and developing skills and knowledge
Resilience i.e., ability to show reliability and resilience in difficult circumstances and recover quickly from setbacks, remains systematic, calm, and confident under stress, and responds logically and decisively in difficult situations
